(This policy applies to online purchases only. Purchases made in-store are subject to our separate in-store return policy.)

At Jataz Collection, we aim to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.

Please carefully review our Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase, as placing an order confirms acceptance of the terms outlined below.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference, or personal preference.

At our sole discretion, we may offer exchange or store credit only where the following conditions are met:

✅ Return request is submitted within 2 days of delivery

✅ Item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage

✅ All original tags, packaging, and accessories remain attached

✅ Proof of purchase is provided

✅ Item is approved by our returns team prior to sending

Store credits are valid for 3 months from the issue date and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and business protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Discounted or promotional purchases

  • Customised or altered items

  • Accessories and jewellery

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

4. Return Approval Process

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Inspection & Final Decision

All returned items undergo inspection upon arrival.

Jataz Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

7. Processing Time

Approved store credits or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
